When the year began, no one could have predicted the way it has turned out. From the widespread impact of the coronavirus pandemic to social unrest throughout the country, 2020 was certainly full of challenges. However, times of uncertainty also provide an opportunity to develop creative solutions, adapt to change and deepen relationships.
With Thanksgiving and the holiday season approaching, we have taken stock of the many things for which we are grateful. Read more to learn what some of our agency team members are thankful for as they reflect on the year:
“As a new mom, I’m thankful for the help of close family who have stepped up to care for our baby several times a week – and they’re thankful for it, too! Knowing my son is being lovingly cared for while I’m working gives me peace of mind, while keeping everyone safe and healthy.”

“During these challenging times, I’m grateful for access to technology that allows me to stay in touch with my friends and family. While video calls can’t ever replace sharing a holiday meal around the same table, they allow us to stay safe and connected.”
